At Fashionsport™, we strive to ensure that every product brings joy to our customers. However, if you change your mind or encounter issues with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please carefully review the following terms to ensure a smooth after-sales experience.


🛍️ 1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery if:

  • You received the wrong item(s)
  • Your item(s) arrived damaged or missing parts
  • You wish to cancel an order after shipment

📦 2. Return Conditions & Guidelines

✅ Keep the Package Intact

  • Do not open the package or remove any seal stickers if you intend to return the item.
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.

✅ Items in Transparent Bags

  • If the item inside the transparent bag appears damaged after opening the outer packaging, do not remove it from the bag.
  • This allows our team to determine whether the damage occurred in transit or due to handling.

✅ Provide Photo Evidence

  • Submit clear photos of:
    • The outer package
    • The seal stickers
    • The item(s) in the transparent bag

📝 If your order qualified for a free shipping promotion, standard shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


⏱️ 4. Important Timeframes

  • Report product quality issues within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Return the item within 7 business days after your return request has been approved.
  • Returns received without approval or after the allowed window will be rejected.

🔁 5. Return & Refund Procedure

  1. Email us at service@fashionsportoutfitters.com
    Indicate the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. Attach photos or videos of defective/damaged items.
  2. Wait for approval.
    Once your request is reviewed, we’ll send you a Return Authorization Number.
  3. Pack the item(s)
    Include the original packaging and all accessories. Use secure packaging to avoid further damage.
  4. Receive your refund
    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Processing time may vary depending on your bank’s policies and public holidays.
  5. Confirmation Email
    You will receive a confirmation email with the refund amount and ID once processed.

❌ 6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged due to negligence or misuse
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Wear-and-tear parts or natural aging
  • Damage from natural disasters
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Items that are worn, washed, used, or missing original labels, packaging, or hygiene seals
  • Free gifts
  • Customized products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Partial returns from bundled sets or packs

All items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.
